Larry Howe is the founder and Managing Principal of CareerLIFE Transitions, a Toledo-provider of outplacement support, serving clients in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.

Previously Larry served for nine years as the senior vice president and managing director of the Toledo office of a global provider of career transition and organizational consulting services.

Early in his career Larry worked for over 19 years for a privately held Toledo-based manufacturer of building materials, serving as president of its distribution division for more than 12 years. While in this position he led a senior management team successfully maximizing operational performance and organizational effectiveness.

Larry has served as a board member of the Toledo Area Human Resource Association and Junior Achievement of Northwest Ohio. He is also active in the Rotary Club of Toledo, currently serving on the Board of Trustees of the Toledo Rotary Foundation. Larry’s firm is an active member and Resource Partner of the Toledo branch of The Employers’ Association.

Mr. Howe is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration.
